- かつらはらしんのう【葛原親王】〔「かずらはらしんのう」とも〕(786-853) 桓武天皇の第三皇子。 桓武平氏の祖。 825年， 平朝臣の姓を請うて許され， 臣籍に下った。 850年大宰帥(ダザイノソツ)。
